Ordering

Placing An Order

All orders are placed through Diamond Distributors Product Catalog. Call 404-505-8565 to have a catalog mailed to you directly. The minimum order size is $150.00 and our products ship only in full carton quantities, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Policy

In general, shipments are by UPS unless weight, size or volume requires a freight carrier. Orders normally ship within 12 hours and will arrive within 3 to 5 days by UPS ground delivery or common carrier. Call 404-505-8565 to confirm your order status.

Return Policy

All returns require a Return Authorization from Diamond Distributors. Please call Diamond Distributors customer service for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. No returns will be authorized after 30 days past the invoice date. Returns should be in good condition and in their original carton to earn credit. Returns will be at the original purchase price unless purchase price less any restocking fee where all instructions are followed.

Damages/Shortages

Diamond Distributors’ responsibility ceases upon delivery to the transportation company. Instructions for claims are on the packaging slip. All claims for material damaged in shipping must be reported to the delivery carrier; UPS driver, truck driver etc.

Hazardous Material Policy

UPS classifies some type of chemicals as “hazardous” for shipping purposes. UPS charges and additional $20.00 per package (ground) or $30.00 per package (air) for these items (subject to change without notice). The quantities we can ship vary according to product. MSDS information for specific products is available upon request.
